- Winner, first "BREEAM in Use in Europe" at the annual BREEAM awards at EcoBuild. This was for the British Embassy in Berlin, opened by the Queen in 2000.
Oriel y Parc, St Davids
- Winner, Royal Town Planners Institute award for the best Rural Areas and Natural Environment - Schal performed the BREEAM assessment for this project

Terminal 4, Madrid Barajas Airport
- TPS won the "IStructE Award for Commercial or Retail Structures" for the structural design of the new Terminal and Satellite.
- winner of the RIBA's Stirling prize - our aviation team master-minded and structural engineers celebrated.
National Assembly for Wales, Cardiff
- the new assembly building, project managed by TPS was runner up for the RIBA's Stirling Prize.
Glencorse Barracks, Edinburgh
- Innovation award from the Scottish Construction Forum; for innovation in developing a design and close working with contractors/ suppliers to maximise lean construction techniques.

Twin Rivers Diversion Project, Heathrow
- Achieved an “Excellent” CEEQUAL (Civil Engineering Environmental Quality Assessment) award for its work on diverting two rivers at Terminal 5.
