We provide the same experienced attention to detail whether we are developing our own designs or those of other signatory architects with whom we partner. We develop detail design in collaboration with the contractor, supply team and producing quality cost effective buildable solutions with best practise criteria in mind. We consistently produce detailed designs for public architecture, public and private sector clients in the UK and overseas.
As part of our consultancy service, we carry out design and accessibility audits, technical reviews and material research. As part of the Carillion group we actively participate in and have access to a considerable R&D programme including innovative forms of construction including off-site fabrication, performance specification, life cycle costs analysis, sustainability and BREEAM.
