We discovered the value of information and communications technology a long time ago and use bespoke IT systems to ensure that we share our knowledge to further enhance our service. We employ creatively thinking people and use robust processes to test new ideas and are confident that by continually challenging what we do and the way we do it, we will stay one step ahead.

TPS Innovation Competion

At the end of 2007 TPS launched an internal innovation competition open to all staff members to encourage and recognise innovative thinking improving the way we work. More
