Frank Huidobro appointed as TPS MD

Design, project management and consultancy practice TPS is pleased to announce the appointment of Frank Huidobro as its new Managing Director. Frank takes over from Shaun Carter who has a new role within Carillion, TPS’s parent company, heading a new business unit known as Carillion Government Services (CGS).

In his new role Frank will take responsibility for leading the strategic operational and development activities within the business, together with the very strong existing management team.

On his appointment Frank said: “I am delighted to have been given the opportunity to lead the TPS business as it continues its journey towards ever greater success.”

Frank, a chartered civil engineer, has been with the company for over 17 years and was previously Director of Engineering with TPS. One of his key roles has been developing TPS’s relationship with BAA. TPS has been a framework partner providing civil engineering design services for BAA since 1996.

Frank is married with two young daughters and enjoys cycling and photography in his spare time.
