Best large business in Croydon!
4th May 2012
We are delighted to announce that TPS has won the category "Best Large Business" at the 2012
Croydon Business Awards. The awards were presented at a Gala Dinner at the Fairfield Halls on Wednesday 2nd May.
The awards have been developed by South London Business in order to reward and celebrate the many dynamic and innovative businesses in the borough. The judges commented on the quality of the TPS submission and highlighted our credentials as a sustainable business in areas such as our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility, our client care programme and our contribution to the local community.
Frank Huidobro, Managing Director of TPS said "Our Croydon office is the largest of our national and international presences and with 21 years as TPS and origins of over 40 years in the town, we are very much a part of the local community both as a business and as individuals. It was therefore a delight to win the award and to hear the judges’ reasons for our selection. These were based on what we stand for as a business and how we go about it which is very different from the 'what we do' as a business which is more familiar territory and what we are more usually recognised for. Everyone should be very proud of having contributed to this award and the recognition that goes with it."

From Tuesday 8th May 2012, TPS and Schal Management in Edinburgh will be located in our smart new premises at No 74 Commercial Quay, just a few doors down from our old office. Our telephone numbers and extensions remain the same.
Taking full advantage of the “Workplace” design skills we offer our customers, the welcoming new space brings all of our people together into one open plan area, creating a truly integrated design team, and embraces modern working methods such as shared hot desk facilities. This enhances continued development of our 3D CAD multi-disciplinary capability in Revit, and our BIM capability, improving collaboration and coordination
We have also taken the opportunity to upgrade our communications infrastructure, enabling us to collaborate more easily with customers and colleagues around the UK and overseas.
