Director of Project Management

I sit on the board of both Schal and TPS. I am also head of Schal, TPS’s management business and I manage all of our activities ensuring that our approach is always combined with a responsible attitude towards our environment. I am incredibly proud of how our company views sustainability – it is very rewarding to work with a team who recognise that if projects are managed responsibly they can play a hugely influential role in building a better world for tomorrow. Because of the nature of what we do it is easy to become submersed in the technical jargon and lose track of what the client needs to know and understand. The biggest challenge that we face today is recruiting project managers with a solid track record, masses of common sense and great people skills, so that they can support and relate to the client.
