As a member of the TPS senior management team, my role is to contribute to the development and implementation of strategy, to manage risk, to deliver targeted profit and to ensure that professional standards are maintained. My proudest career moment was when I was promoted to Director because I was then able to influence the performance of the company on a wider front and to enjoy the personal rewards of setting and achieving our objectives. The biggest challenge that we face today is maintaining a quality, profitable product in the face of tremendous cost and time challenge which often conflict. Out of office hours I like to get away from it all by taking my boat to sea, fishing and refining my seamanship skills.
