As Managing Director of TPS I am very proud to lead a team of extremely professional and talented individuals with a wealth of collective experience.  One of the biggest challenges that our industry faces today is the shortage of people with the skills to deliver the exciting projects that are due to be completed over the next few years in this country and overseas. That’s why my biggest inspiration is our people and the development of individuals to achieve their greatest potential. I enjoy working with people who know exactly what they want to achieve and who apply the skills required to do just that and deliver great solutions.  The greatest pleasure however comes from seeing the individuals grow and develop within that environment.  Outside of work I enjoy photography, cycling and spending lots of time with my two young daughters.
