At TPS and Schal, we understand the importance of demonstrating value for money to the taxpayer by making visible improvements to public spaces that dramatically enhance the quality of life. Major public works are often multi-disciplinary projects requiring the co-ordination of multiple contracts and a complex supply chain.
The project manager’s role includes design management, programming, procurement and providing an independent interface between the project team and the client. By anticipating and planning around potential problems, and through regular liaison with all interested parties, we are able to minimise disruption and risk to local businesses and residents, as well as to the project itself.
